COLLOQUIUM ON TOURISM AND SUSTAINABILITY
Tourism on Green Economy Basis

The Government of Rio de Janeiro State on behaulf of Statre Secretay of Tourism and de Rio de Janeiro Company of Tiurism – TurisRio  promoting on the 15th of June a Colloquium on Tourism and Sustainability, during the period of carrying out here in the Rio de Janeiro the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development - Rio +20.

Tourism is one of the most important sectors of a green economy and  to eradicate poverty, key themes of the RIO + 20 has a proposal to

Tourism is one of the most important sectors of the green economy and poverty eradication, key themes of the Rio + 20 and the colloquium intends to bring the discussion of these issues seeking to integrate sustainability in government policy and evaluating tourism based on external experiences progress and plan for the sector.
