Building a low carbon economy

“How to build a low carbon economy?” This will be the theme of the seminar that will discuss two different important views in how to achieve the green economy objectives.  Initially we will show the vision of public management of large cities with a focus on urban theme, and then the perception of different energy-intensive industries, with technical and business vision. In the next event, we will have an international workshop with the launch of the Working Group 2 Report on adaptation and mitigation, the Brazilian Panel on Climate Change
